Hi there, welcome to the site! Obligatory info about me: I'm a junior at Boston University studying film and anthropology. I do makeup gigs on the side because it makes me happy. I work as a bartender for money, but incidentally I also really enjoy it. However, this site is mostly dedicated to the first two things.

Film and makeup are two things that often aren't recognized as true "art forms". One is regarded as entertainment, the other as product. However, film and makeup are both visual media, and we learn visually. The choices one makes in the makeup they wear (their physical appearance), and the types of films they watch (what they choose to entertain themselves), speak volumes. Both art forms have the power to say the maximum using the minimum. This is why I've fallen in love with both.

In addition to this site being a very polished and professional way to show off, I wanted my site to show both the product and process of filmmaking and makeup artistry. Making art and perfecting one's craft is never a linear process. I'm hoping that this site can reflect that. I hope you enjoy viewing my work as much as I enjoyed making it.
